About this pilot
Moorineo Review Pilot is a limited test of a telecom enquiry workflow on phones and computers. It checks whether test enquiries submitted through Meta Lead Ads and a website form reach the review application, can be handled by an authorized agent, and can be reconciled with a private test spreadsheet.
The pilot is for invited testers and authorized team members. Please use test information and do not submit real customers’ records, identity documents, payment details or sensitive personal information. This notice covers the pilot, not a general commercial launch or other Moorineo services.
Who is responsible
Broome Webster Chad Langston operates Moorineo Review Pilot as an individual and is responsible for personal data received by the pilot.
For privacy questions, access, correction or deletion requests, contact moorineoapp.flashily304@passmail.com. This mailbox is monitored by the operator.
Information we handle
- Test enquiries: the name, telephone number, city, service address and answers provided in a connected test form, where those fields are present.
- Enquiry history: source, form and lead identifiers, receipt times, assignment, status, internal notes and actions recorded by authorized users.
- Delivery records: original webhook payloads and provider responses used to diagnose delivery failures, identify duplicates and reconcile records. These can contain the same information as the enquiry.
- Team accounts: account identifiers, authentication information, roles and assigned work scope.
- Technical records: connection information such as IP addresses, browser details, timestamps and security events generated when the services are used.
Why we use it
We use this information to receive and assign test enquiries, let authorized agents work them, preserve their history, verify synchronization, prevent duplicates, protect access and investigate faults. Team account information supports sign-in and role permissions.
Submitting a test form does not authorize unrelated marketing, WhatsApp messages or the use of your information for advertising targeting. We do not sell pilot personal data. The pilot does not make automated decisions about eligibility for telecom service; a test result is not a confirmed offer, coverage determination or service contract.
Access and connected services
Authorized agents, supervisors, owners and administrators can access information within their assigned responsibilities and permissions. Access to one team does not automatically provide access to other teams or resellers.
- Meta: processes information submitted through its platforms under its own Privacy Policy. The pilot receives the enquiry information made available through the authorized connection.
- Cloudflare: provides the public policy page, network delivery and security services. See Cloudflare’s Privacy Policy.
- Review hosting: the application, database and restricted recovery copies run on an operator-managed review server using hosting infrastructure. The database is self-hosted; use of Supabase software does not mean it is hosted in Supabase Cloud.
- Google Sheets: a connection is planned for selected tracking fields in a private, disposable test spreadsheet. It is not active as of this notice’s effective date. When enabled for this pilot, access will be restricted to the authorized integration and pilot team. See Google’s Privacy Policy.
Live WhatsApp sending through 360dialog or Evolution and processing by external AI services are outside this pilot. They are not enabled by this notice.
Storage and international processing
The core review records are held on the operator-managed review server, with restricted recovery copies. Cloudflare and Meta operate international services, and Google will process the spreadsheet copy if that connection is enabled. Data may therefore be processed outside the country of the person submitting it.
This notice does not represent that processing is confined to the United States, Morocco or any other single country. You can contact the operator for information about hosting locations, recipients and any applicable transfer arrangements. A postal address, account location or proxy setting does not establish where data is stored.
How long we keep it
The pilot retention policy is to delete personal data in test enquiries within 30 days after the pilot ends. This includes related raw delivery data, tracking copies and recoverable copies under the operator’s control. Pilot-only team accounts and operator-controlled technical records follow the same end-of-pilot review.
This is an operator-managed deletion process, not a claim that automatic expiry is already running. A necessary legal obligation or a specific security incident or dispute may justify keeping limited information longer; it must remain restricted and be removed when that reason ends. Service providers may retain their own records under their policies. Anonymous or wholly synthetic records that no longer identify a person may be retained for testing.
Request access or deletion
Email moorineoapp.flashily304@passmail.com with the subject “Moorineo Review Pilot data request”. Tell us whether you want access, correction or deletion, and provide the name or contact information used in the test enquiry. An approximate submission date or record reference helps us locate it.
Do not send passwords, access tokens or a complete identity document. We may ask for proportionate verification to prevent unauthorized disclosure or deletion. We will respond to the request, explain the action taken and identify any justified retention exception.
A deletion request covers identifiable enquiry records, related raw payloads, documents and tracking copies under our control, including recovery copies. A request about a team account can also include closing that account. Signing out, uninstalling the app or removing the Meta connection does not itself erase information already received. Meta’s own records must be managed through Meta’s privacy tools.
You may also exercise other rights available under applicable law, including objecting to processing where that right applies. In Morocco, concerns may be raised with the CNDP.
Your device and security
The review application uses cookies or local storage for sign-in, session persistence and the installed web-app experience. This policy page contains no advertising trackers, analytics scripts or enquiry form.
The pilot uses encrypted connections and role-based access controls. No transmission or storage is completely risk-free. Keep test-account credentials private and report suspected unauthorized access to the contact above.
Changes to this notice
We will update this notice when the pilot’s purposes, data categories or connected services materially change. A broader commercial launch, live messaging or new AI processing requires a notice suited to that use. The effective date above identifies this version.
